Company and service status
Essentily is operated by SHOPEASY MEDIA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and was previously named Shopeasy. You can contact us at support@essentily.com. The Android and iPhone customer apps are launching soon; no public release date is announced on this website.
Browsing stores
The website lets you browse store information supplied by the Essentily app database. Store content and operating status may change. Browsing a city or seeing a store listed does not confirm that it can deliver to a particular address.
The public website does not currently provide grocery checkout. Ordering will be available through the customer app after release, subject to store, stock and delivery availability.
App previews and AI examples
App screens and AI basket examples on the website illustrate the intended shopping experience. Example lists are not live catalogue results, quotations or delivery-time guarantees. Final features and availability depend on the released app and selected store.
Contact and interest forms
Please provide accurate details and use these forms for genuine enquiries or interest in Essentily. Launch-interest registration does not reserve a delivery slot or create an app account. Delivery-partner interest does not guarantee approval or work.
Vendor account setup uses mobile verification and the existing onboarding process. Vendor and delivery-partner commercial terms are confirmed during onboarding.
Orders and customer policies at release
When ordering is released, the app will show prices, charges, payment methods and delivery options before you confirm an order. You will also be able to review the applicable cancellation, substitution, refund and account-deletion information. The current website is for browsing and registering interest; it does not offer checkout or guarantee free delivery or a fixed delivery time.
Privacy and questions
The Website Privacy Notice explains how public-form submissions are handled. Contact support@essentily.com for website, launch, vendor or delivery-partner enquiries.
