Information you submit
Our contact form collects your name, email, message and enquiry type, with an optional mobile number. Our launch-interest form collects your name, email and city. The delivery-partner interest form collects contact details, city, vehicle type, driving-licence availability where relevant and work availability.
The website records submission time, your IP address and browser information with these submissions. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment card details or identity-document copies through these public forms.
Why we use this information
We use contact enquiries to respond to your request, launch-interest submissions to contact you about launch availability for your city, and delivery-partner interest submissions to review and contact you about onboarding. Registering interest does not create an app account or guarantee service availability or partner approval.
Session cookies support website security, form validation and submission confirmations. We use submission records to manage enquiries and help prevent misuse.
Access and service providers
Relevant company staff and the providers needed to host and operate the website may process this information for these purposes. We do not display contact-form or interest-form submissions in the public store catalogue.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained for the purpose for which it was submitted and for applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask about access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your request for launch updates, by emailing support@essentily.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
App launch and policy updates
The Android and iPhone customer apps have not been publicly released yet. This notice covers the current public website forms. App-specific privacy information will describe the account, location, ordering, payment and delivery features available at release.
We will update this page when the website or its information practices change. Third-party sites linked from Essentily have their own privacy notices.
